Son of Eddy

The Son of Eddy is a design of Davy Grosemans for Dark.
While the name may sound like a title for a horror movie sequel, there’s nothing scary about Davy Grosemans’ light. Named after the the origal Edison light bulb, Grosemans explains how he took ‘the classic pear-shaped bulb and gave it a twist’. Manufactured by Belgium-based design collective Dark, ‘Son of Eddy’ is a simple concept that swings somewhere between the very basic and the surreal. What more could you ask from a humble light bulb?
